Q2 2025: How we're discovering new ways to serve in changing times
Have you ever noticed how the quiet moments often bring the clearest insights?
That's where we've been lately, in a thoughtful pause that's opened up space for some rather exciting discoveries. When the usual bustle settles down, you suddenly see opportunities that were always there, just waiting to be noticed.
We've been using this time to ask ourselves some big questions. What if constraints could spark creativity? What if doing things differently could actually serve people better?
Turns out, these questions have led us somewhere quite special.

🚀 This quarter saw the launch of two wonderful partnerships, the Finnish Institute UK + Ireland and Secure Energy Project, plus encouraging progress on our Impact Pathfinder framework

A promising end to Q2
Q2 2025 began beautifully. We launched two meaningful projects - one with the Finnish Institute UK + Ireland, creating connections across the North Sea, and another with Secure Energy Project, helping people embrace a renewable energy future that enhances their wealth, health, and freedom.
Our Impact Pathfinder (currently in it’s beta) has been wonderfully encouraging too. Consultants have been using the framework to bring lasting value into their work. We're excited to share it publicly at month's end - offering consultants, leadership teams, and impact-driven scale-ups a way to align purpose with prosperity.
Everything has been flowing nicely.
A moment to recalibrate
The creative and impact landscape is transforming. With funding structures evolving and creative tools becoming wonderfully democratic, the whole sector is finding its feet in new territory.
We decided to pause our marketing efforts at the start of 2025. This quieter period, combined with global shifts, created space for deep thinking. We've spent this time exploring fresh ways to support our client partners and strengthen our own foundations.
Fresh perspectives emerge
In the stillness, we discovered something important. The traditional agency approach could use a refresh - especially when organisations need support but resources are stretched .
We noticed many defaulting to quick fixes when what's really needed is thoughtful, accessible solutions. It reminded us why we do what we do - to make meaningful work possible for everyone.
So we're evolving our approach - embracing impact-first thinking and creating pathways that make our expertise available to progressive brands, regardless of their resources.
Building bridges to better futures
Alongside our Impact Pathfinder, our strategic approach to sustainable success, we're thrilled to introduce Foundations. It's our way of making quality design and creativity accessible without the traditional barriers of cost or timeline.
Our refreshed brand and website debut this month, bringing the first Foundations offerings. More innovations will follow, plus fresh resources and insights to support others on their creative journeys. We're also delighted to join the Ethical Agency Alliance, a wonderful community proving that values and success go hand in hand.
This quieter season has taught us something beautiful. There's always room to reimagine how we serve. What felt like a challenge has become an invitation to create something more inclusive and impactful.
The organisations that flourish aren't those who simply wait for change. They're the ones who see possibility in every moment.
