Whatās new behind the scenes?
Weāve had a number of projects come to fruition these past few months, with case studies for our Drifteam Hackathon ROAM, and Pakistan travel app Destinations bringing to life work weāve loved collaborating on. Staying true to our commitment to issues of both people and planet, weāve been working hard on the new brand for Art Not Evidence, a new organisation building a broad church coalition to fight for a fairer criminal justice system by advocating for a restriction of creative expression as evidence in criminal trials. Stay tuned for the official launch in November, alongside our visual case study.
Welcome to the Drifteam, Rossouw and Kenny!Ā
Weāve been lucky enough to expand our team by a mighty three this year, most recently welcoming Digital Designer and Lisbon local Rossouw, and Creative Developer and Cardiffās own, Kenny. Itās always exciting when we get to add a couple new names to the Slack channel, and both Kenny and Rossouw bring with them their own interests, intrigue, and in Rossouwās case, an ever-growing food forest in Portugal.
Have you heard? Weāre on another podcastā¦
Itās always a pleasure to appear on a podcast, and co-founder Abb-d has found himself on not just one, but two podcasts this past quarter. Have a listen to Ruth Farengaās Conscious Leaders Podcast for insight into what leadership means to Abb-d, and how our manifesto is part and parcel of our mindset. For an alternative perspective, click into The B Better Podcast to hear why Abb-d believes digital design can drive purpose and empower change in and beyond the industry.
